EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25 AT 5:00 PM: ALL REVISIONS TO THE NIGHTS YOU NEED LODGING OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS NEED TO BE HANDLED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HOTEL IN WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED NOT THROUGH CMC & ASSOCIATES.

TO MAKE REVISIONS OR CANCEL YOUR  HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

Please contact the hotel that you are assigned for lodging directly at the toll free number listed below. The hotel will make any revisions to the nights you need lodging based on availability and cancel your entire reservation if requested.

TO CANCEL REGISTRATION TO ATTEND CONFERENCE:

If you need to cancel your registration for the entire conference, please send an email as soon as possible to Just Read, Florida! at justread@cmc-associates.com. Please state your name, district, school and reason for cancelling. NOTE: You still must cancel your hotel reservations directly with the hotel you have been assigned or you will be charged.
